Ladies,
Thank you for making my dreams come true. It was my honor to be a tiny part of your journey. Give yourself time to process, absorb, and recover from the retreat. Here are some of the things that I have found help me when I return from a regular event, much less one that had a deeper, emotional impact on me.

Organize & Prioritize
Many of us have left the ABC Women's League Retreat on a high and we will return back to life. For some of us, we have time to transition back to everyday life, for others we got smacked in the head with reality the moment we walked into our homes. Don't lose sight of what needs to be reorganized and prioritized in your lives based on what you took away from the event. Self-care, self-prioritization, energy, impact, legacy, financial wellbeing, emotional wellbeing. Whatever is most important to you, focus there and think about how to incorporate it in your life.

Recover & Reconnect
Give yourself time and grace to recover. Honor, celebrate, and reward yourself for showing up and taking risks. At the same time, try to reconnect with people in your life. You may come back as a ball of energy and a new version of yourself. That's cool. Just remember to reconnect with your friends, family, and employees.

Find Community, Support, and Accountability
Just know that you will go through a mix of emotions this week. You are not alone and this is NORMAL. Use the ABC Women's League as your community to support you, elevate you, and hold you accountable to make your 2022 prosperity dreams come true. We've got your back. Or as I imagine Tangy would probably say, "I gotch-you Boo!" (Everyone needs a hype woman like Tangy).
